Security Manager – Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety of our staff, customers and premises. The position includes managing security staff, developing security plans, policies, and procedures, and ensuring a rapid response to any security issues that may arise.
Responsibilities- Manage security staff.
- Develop and implement security plans, policies and procedures.
- Respond quickly to security incidents.
- Oversee the operation of security systems.
- Valid Security Manager's license.
- Experience managing a team of security personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV monitoring and access control systems.
- Ability to use relevant technology for monitoring purposes.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Salary: 1500.
