Security Systems Supervisor Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of all electronic security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and central monitoring systems.
• Monitor security systems to ensure they are fully operational and respond promptly to any faults or security incidents.
• Manage system access, user permissions, and security controls.
• Identify security risks and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and asset protection.
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and testing of security systems.
• Support emergency response procedures and report any security or safety concerns immediately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety requirements, and security procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the security team.
• Work on a shift basis as required to support 24/7 operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Security Manager.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Security Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in electronic security systems, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and other electronic security systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot security system issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English and Arabic to effectively perform job duties.
