Security manager vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is responsible for the overall security of our facilities and personnel, and requires a thorough knowledge of advanced security methods and protocols. The successful candidate must be able to develop and implement effective security plans, while ensuring that all safety standards are met.

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the security department; ensure staff is adequately trained and equipped to handle any situation that may arise;
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and systems for the protection of personnel, physical assets, information technology resources, confidential data/information;
• Monitor access control systems; respond promptly to alarms/emergency situations; investigate suspicious activities or persons; prepare detailed reports on investigations;
• Coordinate with local law enforcement officials concerning safety issues/concerns; liaise with external parties (e.g., vendors) as necessary to ensure efficient operation of security measures;
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws/regulations pertaining to security activities.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field (e.g., military or law enforcement), strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, good problem solving skills, and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We are willing to consider foreign candidates for this role at a salary of 1200 per month.
