Security Manager Job in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a dedicated Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior security management experience looking to work in an exciting and vibrant city. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall security of our premises, staff, and assets. The salary is 1700 and we are open to foreigners.

• Ensure the safety of all personnel within the premises
• Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Investigate any incidents or violations of security protocols on site Respond to emergency situations as they arise promptly and appropriately
• Train personnel on proper safety procedures and protocols
• Develop a comprehensive security plan for the premises
• Manage all security personnel on site

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in security management (2+ years preferred)
• Ability to think quickly and act decisively in emergency situations
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving skills
