Job SummaryWe are searching for a highly motivated Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing security personnel, maintaining security protocols, and developing strategies to ensure the safety of our staff, customers, and property. This position offers a salary of 1100 KD. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage security personnel.
- Set up and maintain security protocols and procedures.
- Develop strategies to ensure the safety of staff and property at all times.
- Monitor daily security operations and investigate any suspicious activity or incidents.
- Prepare reports detailing any breaches in security or suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations.
- Monitor CCTV systems and other electronic surveillance equipment.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field; additional certification is an advantage.
- At least 5 years’ experience managing security operations in a similar role; experience with international standards is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security management; familiarity with international laws is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, law enforcement agencies, etc.
