Software Automation Quality Assurance Testing Lead

Owns test strategy BDD framework automation coverage targets and QA team co-management Lead the QA automation testing function ensuring efficiency reliability and scalable automated testing across software applications Define and implement automation testing strategies frameworks standards and best practices aligned with the software delivery lifecycle Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional regression API integration and end-to-end testing Select and implement appropriate automation tools and frameworks to improve test coverage execution speed and quality assurance effectiveness Integrate automated testing into CI CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster software releases Review requirements user stories and technical specifications to create comprehensive test scenarios and automation plans Manage automated test execution analyze results identify defects and collaborate with development teams for resolution Maintain automation frameworks improve test stability and reduce manual testing efforts through continuous optimization Establish QA automation metrics reporting dashboards and quality indicators to track testing effectiveness Support defect management root cause analysis and production issue validation Provide technical guidance coaching and mentoring to QA automation engineers Ensure adherence to testing standards quality processes and organizational governance requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level / Advanced Test Automation Engineer)
• Certified Selenium Tester or equivalent automation framework certification
• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• Kuwait / Transferable
