We are currently seeking qualified female coaches who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our ladies clients at our studio in Qatar
COMPANY PERKS:

Basic Net mothly salary: 650 KWD (2200 USD)
Monthly Commission: 200 - 400 KWD (600-1200 USD)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver predesigned workouts to groups up to 36 - 45 clients
Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions
Build client attendance and retain current clientele
Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique
Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations
Handle member concerns when applicable
Collaborate with our team in helping build the membership base and studio culture
Must take at least 2 class per week
A passionate, positive and energetic person that loves to help people be the best they can be
Someone who enjoys motivating members and providing a world class fitness experience
Someone who promotes an upbeat, enthusiastic high-energy environment when coach a fitness class
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
Must hold one of the following nationally accredited fitness certification programs: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA ,AFAA or ISSA
Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field is preferred
CPR/AED certification
Preferably 2+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry
