Delivery Operations Supervisor – Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily delivery operations and drivers
- Coordinate with delivery platforms and dispatch teams
- Fleet management Cars
- Monitor driver attendance, performance, and KPIs
- Handle operational issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records
- Support onboarding and training of drivers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait traffic regulations
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in Kuwait (delivery/logistics field preferred)
- Experience working with delivery platforms such as Keeta and Ninja
- Fluent in English
- Valid Kuwait driving license
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and computer systems/software
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage teams efficiently
- Experience in fleet management or logistics operations
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
