Requirements- 2–3 years of experience in delivery or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of delivery management and operational processes
- Experience handling drivers/riders and shift planning
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage daily operations and solve operational issues efficiently
- English is mandatory
- Arabic is an advantage
- Good knowledge of reporting, coordination, and team management
- Manage daily delivery operations smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor driver performance and attendance
- Ensure timely deliveries and operational targets are achieved
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and riders
- Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions
- Prepare operational reports and maintain performance standards
