Logistics Coordinator (Al-Kuwait)

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the logistical operations of the company, ensuring all shipments arrive on time and with proper documentation. The position offers a salary of 1300 and we are open to considering foreign applicants. No prior experience is necessary.

The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent organizational skills, strong problem solving abilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors. The candidate should have an understanding of best practices for logistics coordination and an ability to work well under pressure.

• Manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments from suppliers and customers
• Communicate with suppliers/customers regarding shipment schedules, pricing, issues etc.
• Maintain inventory levels by tracking deliveries and stocking items as needed
• Ensure all documents related to shipments are accurate and up-to-date
• Identify cost saving opportunities in order to reduce operational costs
• Train new personnel on procedures related to logistics operations
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels related to shipment performance

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong problem solving abilities with a focus on customer service excellence
• Knowledge of best practices in logistics coordination and international shipping regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
