Is responsible for moving, locating, relocating, and stacking products as instructed by the supervisor, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Loads outbound shipments.
• Unloads inbound shipments safely, moves products to storage locations, and stacks and stores products efficiently in assigned areas.
• Ensures inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; reports quality variances.
• Minimizes damage to goods during movement between vehicles and storage.
• Retrieves and prepares products for delivery, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Moves products from staging or storage to designated locations efficiently.
• Maintains equipment and materials in a clean, organized manner.
• Performs minor maintenance on forklifts and other equipment.
• Operates equipment safely and according to procedures.
• Keeps records and reports to maintain inventory control and security.
• Maintains a clean work area, assists in warehouse security, and promotes safety by reporting concerns to the Assistant Store Manager.
Minimum requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role in the food/drink industry.
- Good understanding of work routines and procedures related to the job.
- Valid Kuwait heavy vehicle/construction driving license.
