Delivery Co. in Kuwait City is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to oversee delivery riders, monitor shifts, and drive performance. You will coordinate with the operations team and platform providers to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to safety standards.
Ideal candidates have supervision experience in delivery/logistics, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and the ability to manage a large rider team under pressure. Immediate joining offered with 18 transferables visa and 10-hour shifts.
