We are a leading Cargo General Sales Agent (GSA) in Kuwait, representing reputed international airlines and providing comprehensive cargo sales and operational support on their behalf. As a GSA, we act as the local representative of our airline partners, supporting cargo sales, customer service, shipment coordination, documentation, and day-to-day operational activities.

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Airline Cargo Operations Officer to join our team and handle the day-to-day cargo operational responsibilities for our represented airlines.

The role involves close coordination with airlines, freight forwarders, ground handling agents, customers, and other stakeholders while ensuring compliance with airline procedures and cargo regulations. The role will involve shipment and booking coordination, documentation, cargo status monitoring, flight follow-up, handling operational issues, and ensuring compliance with airline and airport procedures.
