Job Responsibilities:
- Transport cargo to designated destinations in a timely manner
- Load and unload cargo from vehicles using proper lifting techniques
- Monitor vehicle performance and inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
- Maintain accurate records including log books, trip reports, fuel purchases, etc.
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with proper endorsements
- Good knowledge of applicable traffic laws and safety regulations
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Prior experience driving large trucks preferred
