We are currently looking for a talented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Al Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to be part of a successful team.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of all activities related to logistics operations and customer service. The position ensures the accuracy and timely delivery of goods, materials, and services in accordance with customer requirements. This includes working with shippers, carriers, and other suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods. The Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, troubleshooting any problems that arise during transit, and responding to customer inquiries.

• Manage the day-to-day logistics operations including shipping/receiving, order processing, inventory management, etc.
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely arrival of goods at the destination
• Track shipments using web-based tools or other systems
• Coordinate with shippers/carriers/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders or shipments in a timely manner
• Resolve any issues that arise during transit or shipment of goods
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to shipping/logistics operations
• Generate reports on logistics activities as needed

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of export/import regulations and procedures
• Familiarity with web-based tracking tools or systems
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Salary: 1400 USD per month
