We are looking for a proactive Fleet Assistant to support the Fleet/Delivery Supervisor in managing daily fleet operations. The role involves coordinating deliveries, maintaining fleet records, assisting with driver scheduling, and ensuring smooth transportation operations.

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily vehicle and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with drivers and monitor timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain fleet records, including vehicle documents, fuel logs, mileage, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Support route planning and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly fleet reports and ensure accurate documentation.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with fleet management or GPS tracking systems.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and logistics operations.
