We are looking for a dynamic and organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the transportation and delivery of goods, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to problem solve.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred
• Proven experience in logistics coordination or similar role
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and other departments

• Oversee the transportation and delivery of goods
• Monitor stock levels on an ongoing basis to ensure timely delivery of products
• Ensure accuracy of orders by verifying product description and quantity against invoices and other documents
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage of goods
• Prepare reports on stock levels, delivery times, transport costs etc.
• Negotiate rates with suppliers for optimal cost savings
