We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait with a salary of 1600. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Description:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including the safe and efficient receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods and merchandise. This role requires excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to manage staff and workflows.

• Ensure the accuracy of inventory by tracking all incoming and outgoing shipments, recording on inventory systems and monitoring stock levels.
• Schedule and coordinate staff activities such as receiving, stocking, loading/unloading, shipping/delivery and maintenance/repairs.
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Plan layout of warehouse according to workflow processes; identify storage areas for specific items; store items in locations according to established procedures; label items appropriately; update inventory records with new stock information.
• Develop safety protocols for handling heavy loads or hazardous materials; ensure all safety protocols are followed by personnel operating within the warehouse.
• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback; address any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of warehouse supplies, materials, equipment maintenance/repairs and other related documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency while minimizing costs associated with labor and materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field preferred (but not required).
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role; at least three years minimum experience is required.
• Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high performance standards within the organization.
• Knowledge of warehouse management software programs (e.g., ERP systems) is highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal & written).
