Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager – Al‑Kuwait, Kuwait

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Al‑Kuwait. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operations of the warehouse and inventory management processes. This includes managing the day‑to‑day warehouse operations, such as receiving and stocking shipments, organizing and distributing materials, tracking stock levels and ensuring accuracy of inventory records. You will also be in charge of supervising warehouse staff, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure productivity goals are achieved.

To be successful as a Warehouse Manager, you should have excellent organizational skills and good problem‑solving skills. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of inventory management systems and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience working in a warehouse/inventory management role
• Good knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehousing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) (preferred)
• Foreign language proficiency (preferred)
