Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and team performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and experience in logistics, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational and productivity targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock control procedures.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
• Analyze warehouse performance and implement continuous process improvements.
• Ensure efficient space utilization and warehouse organization.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, grocery, FMCG, or third-party logistics (3PL) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• English language proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
