Warehouse Manager job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait. Job description and duties.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of prior experience in warehouse management. We are ready to consider immigrants for this position and offer a salary of 1200 per month.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a range of goods. They will ensure the correct quantity and quality of goods are received, stored safely, picked accurately and dispatched on time. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills, as well as strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with other departments.

The main duties of the Warehouse Manager include but are not limited to:

• receiving stock into the warehouse
• ensuring all stock is correctly labeled
• maintaining accurate records
• managing inventory levels
• monitoring stock control systems
• managing staff performance
• organizing the recruitment process for new warehouse personnel
• ensuring safety standards are met at all times
• scheduling deliveries and collections
• organizing transportation routes
• optimizing loading times
• negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

The successful candidate must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, inventory control methods, transportation regulations and industry best practices. They should have experience using modern technologies such as shipping software as well as basic computer applications like MS Office Suite. Along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field, strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask will be essential for this role.
