Warehouse Manager – Al-Kuwait
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700 KWD. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control activities
- Ensure accuracy in documentation of all shipments
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in shipments
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Manage staff schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor warehouse productivity to ensure goals are met
- Develop strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Train new employees on warehouse policies & procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Logistics or related field preferred
- Previous experience managing a warehouse operation preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite required
