Meineke is seeking an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician in Kyle, TX, offering $35-$50 per flagged hour with earning potential up to $100,000 annually. This full-time position includes a weekly pay guarantee, productivity incentives, and ongoing training. Technicians can stay focused on diagnosing and repairing Domestic and import vehicles without handling parts ordering, estimate writing, or service advising duties.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle concerns
• Maintain and repair Domestic and import vehicles
• Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Handle assigned automotive repairs from start to finish
• Maintain productivity and quality workmanship in a flat-rate environment
• Work with the service team to keep jobs moving efficiently

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• A-Level or strong B-Level automotive technician skill set
• Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Proven ability to consistently flag hours and maintain productivity
• Experience working on Domestic and import vehicles
• ASE Certifications preferred
• Tekmetric experience preferred

• $35-$50 per flagged hour
