Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential patient care and support services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN). This role involves assisting with daily patient activities, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and supporting clinical staff as needed. The CNA works within established policies and guidelines and does not administer medications, perform therapy, or assume independent responsibility for patient care.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

- Support nursing staff with patient care tasks as directed

- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and care guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required (per state regulations)
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year CNA/PCT experience working with adult patients
- Experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred
