American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN-Telemetry to support the Emergency Department and Clinical Diagnostic Unit, requiring BLS, ACLS, and a TX or compact RN license.

• Work in the Emergency Department-Trauma 2 unit, supporting admission holds and the Clinical Diagnostic Unit (CDU)
• CDU is an 8-10 bed telemetry unit
• 13-week assignment with a scheduled shift of 6:45 PM-7:15 AM
• Rotating weekend requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

• Provide telemetry-level nursing care supporting ED admission holds and the CDU
• Holiday coverage required for 2 major holidays
• Dress code requires navy blue scrub top and bottom, with facility-branded shirt worn on payday Fridays
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate under facility radius rule
• First-time travelers may be considered for this role
