GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) – Target (T2725).

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests to solve their specific needs.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and posting promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures where certified.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandising setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve the guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services including back-up cashier duties and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivery/pickup) while complying with applicable laws.
• Adhere to other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds as needed.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable and punctual attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties such as Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
