This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize state of the art ag tech and be part of the future of agriculture. Our Service Techs are committed to delivering exceptional service by repairing/maintaining ag & turf equipment. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealers you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.
Responsibilities- Inspection, diagnosis, repair, service of ag equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship
- Use specialized tools & cutting-edge tech to diagnose & complete complex repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Maintain current knowledge of John Deere ag products
- Participate in training to further develop technical skills/abilities
- The ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions
- 3+ years of experience performing complex service repairs/maintenance
- Journeyperson Ag Tech cert ideal or equivalent (i.e. Heavy Equipment, Auto)
- We may consider a 3rd/4th year Apprentice
- Knowledge/familiarity with John Deere & competitive products an asset
