Axelera AI is seeking a Senior Advanced Packaging Power Delivery Engineer to shape the silicon and packaging architecture, owning power-delivery design from on-die grids to package PDN. You will collaborate with RD Custom Design, Silicon Engineering, and AI Integrated Systems to bridge analog design, packaging innovation, and product delivery.
The role requires 7+ years in power delivery/advanced packaging, with expertise in 2.5D/3D IC packaging, PDN analysis, and EDA tools.
