La Crosse, WI (on site).

• Assisting guests in finding the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Creating and modifying purchase orders.
• Collaborating with technicians to ensure necessary parts are available for repairs.
• Using manufacturer catalogs and DMS systems to determine parts and pricing.
• Processing and closing open invoices.
• Maintaining a high level of service and urgency for all internal departments.
• Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction on phone and at the counter.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
