Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator at Uni Fide CST.

The Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, creating purchase orders, managing delivery transportation, and analyzing trends to identify opportunities for profitability improvement. A strong candidate demonstrates an eagerness to learn, curiosity, and attention to detail.

• Source materials for service and sales operations
• Work with sales reps to understand vendor order requirements - place orders accordingly
• Create purchase and drop ship orders
• Coordinate logistics to achieve delivery date requirements
• Work with operations and accounting teams to define, write, and maintain standard operating procedures related to purchasing, supply chain, and inventory functions
• Data analysis related to inventory and material trends
• Work with vendors to resolve conflicts relating to products including returns and warranty submissions

• Associate's degree in business or a related field
• 1-2 years of purchasing or inventory management experience
• An empathetic and positive personality to support others
• Proven experience in office administration
  
  Well versed in Microsoft Office – especially Outlook and Excel
• An understanding of purchasing or business sales, inventory, and supply chain
• A solutions-focused mindset that can easily adapt to ever-changing tasks

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday (some flexibility needed)
