Incubation Studio helps people turn early‑stage ideas into real, testable businesses. We work with professionals in transition, first‑time founders, and experienced operators who have an idea—but not yet a company.

This is not a traditional job. It’s a structured opportunity to build, test, and learn alongside others doing the same.

We are inviting a small number of participants to join a short‑term business exploration initiative. This temporary role is designed for individuals interested in structured problem‑solving, market research, and early‑stage concept development.

As a Founder‑in‑Residence, you will:

• Pressure‑test a real idea (new or existing)
• Use AI‑assisted tools to refine problem, customer, and solution
• Develop a clear MVP concept and early validation plan
• Participate in structured reviews and peer sessions
• Leave with tangible outputs (not just notes)

This role is ideal if you’re exploring entrepreneurship seriously—but want structure, accountability, and momentum.

Participation is primarily remote.
