University of Wisconsin:
La Crosse is hiring immediately for a full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at 521 East Avenue North, La Crosse, WI 54601. Online applications are accepted only. The role is full time with variable shift hours from 12:30am to 9:00pm. The pay range is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Beneficiaries receive a full benefit package, meals for each shift worked, and growth opportunities.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules for associates.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2 years of supervisory experience.
