Gorman & Company is hiring a Leasing Specialist to join our team supporting the Gund Brewery Lofts, Grand River Station, and GRS Homes communities in La Crosse. This part-time role (15-20 hours per week) is perfect for a people person who loves creating positive experiences and thrives in a detail-oriented, customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Help prospective residents find their perfect home by showcasing our community and guiding them through the leasing process

• Build strong relationships with residents and provide exceptional customer service

• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and market surveys to keep our property competitive

• Ensure curb appeal and office presentation reflect our high standards

• Support property management with administrative tasks and step in during emergencies when needed

What You'll Bring

• Customer service experience and a passion for helping people

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Valid drivers license & vehicle insurance
