Join our dedicated team at Gundersen Health System as a Dental Assistant in our Orthodontics department.
Gundersen Health System is a physician‑led enterprise recognized for delivering high-quality healthcare services across Wisconsin.
We are looking for a candidate with prior Dental Assistant Experience, who is a motivated and skilled individual to provide exceptional support to our dental professionals and ensure a positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities- Taking and developing dental X‑rays and impressions for orthodontic treatment planning.
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and care of orthodontic appliances.
- Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Desired: 1–2 years of work experience in a dental practice.
- Desired:
Minnesota State Dental Assistant License. - CPR for Health Care Providers (with hands‑on learning).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in electronic patient records (e.g., Epic) is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Starting rate of $18.31 /hr + more for experience.
