Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, WI is seeking a board‑eligible/board‑certified Urologist to join our team. You may expect a busy practice in a physician‑led, financially stable organization committed to both high‑quality care and patient satisfaction.

This is a comprehensive urology practice providing care in a mix of office‑based visits, procedures, and dedicated operating room time.

• Call 8 days per month and one weekend per month
• Clinic attached to the only hospital covered

• Join a team of 3 Urologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
• Access to top tier technology in the OR and clinic (digital scopes, operative microscope, DaVinci Robot) along with full complement of diagnostic radiology, laboratory, and stimulation testing
• All physicians serve in a 1‑in‑5 call model
• Ability to work collectively with well‑established referral resources, to grow general urology practice, and niche interests
