Family Medicine Physician

Hennepin Healthcare System seeks a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive patient care at the Richfield Clinic and other affiliated sites.

• Provide health promotion, screening, diagnosis, and disease management at outpatient clinics.
• Collaborate with clinical support teams including lab services, pharmacy, radiology, behavioral health, diabetes educator, and social work.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation using EPIC and Care Everywhere.

• Current unrestricted license to practice Medicine in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Board Eligible must attain Board Certification within 4 years from completion of training).
• Current DEA Certificate or eligibility for certificate.

• Virtual care and fully integrated EMR (EPIC and Care Everywhere).
• Outpatient clinic in a collegial and vibrant environment.
