Join our talented Water/Wastewater team as a Staff Engineer to support the planning, design, and construction of water treatment projects. You will develop creative solutions to complex water treatment challenges, collaborate with multi‑discipline teams, and build client relationships with project managers.

- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial drinking water treatment projects.
- Basic knowledge of water treatment systems, equipment, and regulations.
- Residing in the state of Wisconsin or closely surrounding areas.
- Two (2) years of experience designing and/or managing water treatment projects.
- Knowledge of regional water issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base.
- Experience designing multi‑discipline infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $75,000 and $95,000 based on skill set and experience. Full benefits package available.
