Roleand Responsibilities
Role:
Controller
As a Controller, you will oversee critical financial operations and support the organization's strategic decision-making. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, preparing budgets, and monitoring company financial performance. You will lead accounting teams, oversee audits, analyze financial data, and support strategic financial planning. This is a full-time, on-site role located in La Crosse, WI.
Qualifications- Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Leadership and team development experience
- Attention to detail and capability to analyze financial data accurately
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred)
- Prior experience in manufacturing or related industries is a plus
