Location:

Eagle Crest South, Lacrosse WI and Eagle Crest North, Onalaska WI

Setting:
Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient

Schedule:

Flexible, up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, No Weekends, No Evenings

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
