Respiratory Therapist – $15K Sign-On, Variety of FTE

Position Details- Multiple FTEs available
- Shifts:
Day/Night rotation, Day/PM rotation, or nights only (every third weekend and rotating holidays) - Shift Differentials – PM $2.50/hr, Nights $4.00/hr, Weekends $3.00/hr
- Location:
La Crosse, Wisconsin - Scheduled weekly hours: 40
- Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
- Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings
- Sign‑on bonus of $15,000 for candidates with ≥2 years of relevant experience; $10,000 for those with
