Resident Care Associate Team Lead – Full‑Time: 80 hours per 2 week pay period. Available shifts:
Primarily Monday – Friday with an on‑call weekend rotation. AM: 6:45 am–3:15 pm.

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking an AM RCA‑Team Lead for our 34‑apartment High Acuity Assisted Living, CBRF. The PM RCA‑Team Lead in High Acuity Assisted acts as a Resident Care Associate and mentor/trainer for new and current staff. This role works Monday through Friday and has an on‑call weekend scheduling rotation for Eagle Crest South. Our building is also home to memory care and independent living residents.

• Assist residents with personal care, daily activities while helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
• This position includes medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other related tasks.
• Mentors and trains new and current staff on quality care practices, person‑centered care, and daily tasks of their position.

• Previous direct care experience, preferred.
• Experience with medication management, CNA and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required – We will train the right fit for our team!

• Our starting rate is between $18.50+ per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion. And regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance!
• We also offer a $3.00 NOC, $0.75 PM, $2.00‑weekend shift differential, and incentive pay.
