As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you’ll help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. You’ll bring the clinical vision and local relationships. Ivy Health will bring the infrastructure, expertise, and support needed to turn that vision into a sustainable clinic.

Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non‑clinical staff, and support clinicians in providing individualized treatment and plans of care. You’ll play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization, program development, digital marketing collaboration, and fostering relationships with medical professionals and community stakeholders.
