Caregiver

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide essential care to residents in various settings. The ideal candidates will assist in daily living activities, medication management, and overall support in a compassionate and professional manner.

• Assist residents with daily personal care tasks, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
• Engage residents in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
• Document and report any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure that the best care is provided.

• Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid are a plus.
• Must be flexible and willing to float between various care settings as needed.

Candidates should be prepared to provide care in various settings, including assisted living facilities, memory care units, and more. Flexibility in work responsibilities and location is essential.
