Compensation: $15.50 per hour

Shift times: 7 am – 3 pm and/or 3 pm – 11 pm.

• Professionally and courteously answer phones and assist guests.
• Manage all guest check‑ins and check‑outs with a positive attitude.
• Provide knowledgeable information on dining, shopping, and attractions in the La Crosse area.
• Help keep the hotel clean and inviting, ensuring that it is perfect for each guest.
• Greet guests encountered during your shift with a friendly smile.
• Be trained on Starbucks drinks.

The ideal candidate possesses good English communication skills and a desire to provide exceptional guest service. This role requires use of computers and technology, and we provide training. The job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25–30 pounds. Occasionally you must lift or move up to 50 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
