Recruiter / Talent Acquisition – Eagle Crest Communities
Corporate Office (La Crosse, WI) – Full‑time. Primarily Monday‑Friday; in‑person with occasional evening/weekend interviews and events.

- Perform recruiting and talent acquisition functions, including daily lead follow‑up and coordination of interviews and events for all Eagle Crest Communities in La Crosse, Holmen, and Onalaska.
- Maintain frequent contact with local colleges, high schools, workforce development, military, and other job programs to attract open positions.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and implement employment marketing and social media campaigns.
- Make contact with active and passive candidates using cold calls and other methods.
- Ensure the candidate experience is positive from initial contact through application, hire, and corporate orientation.
- Train hiring managers in interview and hiring processes and provide assistance as needed.
- Contribute to recruitment and retention plans and strategies, including research and development.
- Compile, maintain, and report key metrics that monitor recruitment and retention goals, market trends, and demands.
- Assist with international recruitment processes.
- Perform activities in compliance with EEO requirements and other HR duties as needed.
- A passion for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with internal and external candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and social skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven success in building positive relationships and trust with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- High organization and attention to detail with excellent verbal, non‑verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in recruiting, public relations, marketing, and/or sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources) or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Fun attitude, creativity, and productivity.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
