Position: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System Administrator (La Crosse

Hiring Salary Range: $67,100 – $100,700

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Platform administration – configure and administer Dynamics 365 and Dynaway EAM modules, parameters, workflows, and business rules.
  • Manage user roles, security permissions, and periodic access reviews following least‑privilege principles.
  • Data management and governance – maintain asset master data standards (hierarchy, locations, criticality, spare parts, failure codes, counters) and perform data quality checks, validations, cleansing, and migrations.
  • Mobile and field enablement – administer Dynaway Mobile (iOS/Android): configuration, profiles, lists, synchronization, and offline use; optimize mobile usability for field crews.
  • Integrations and enterprise alignment – coordinate integrations with ERP/Finance, GIS (Esri ArcGIS), IoT/telemetry, SharePoint and other solutions; partner with IT and vendors for patches, upgrades and API/connector maintenance.
  • Reporting and insights – build and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs using MS Power BI and Dynamics reporting tools; steward datasets and semantic models.
  • Support, training and change management – provide Tier 1/2 support; troubleshoot issues; manage vendor escalations (Microsoft/Dynaway); develop SOPs, quick‑reference guides and build a super‑user network.
  • Upgrades and continuous improvement – gather requirements, prioritize backlog and deliver enhancements aligned to ISO 55000 and organizational objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support department goals and objectives.
Your Experience and Expertise MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of experience administering or serving as a power user of an EAM or CMMS platform. Experience with system configuration, data management, and user support is required, as well as familiarity with asset lifecycle and maintenance operations in asset‑intensive industries such as utilities, manufacturing, facilities or transportation.

Supporting mobile EAM solutions and basic integrations/reporting is essential; cross‑functional team management and system‑related project experience are a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

CERTIFICATIONS

Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) is required within 12 months and preferred at the time of hire. The IAM Certificate (Institute of Asset Management) is required within 24 months and also preferred on hire. Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynaway EAM training or certification are preferred.
