IT Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst I will support data management, system integration, business intelligence, and application functions across the organization. This role works closely with teams to improve efficiency, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights.

• Assist in analyzing requirements, supporting system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Support data management efforts including data quality, governance, integration, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Automate data processes, monitor data flows, and ensure accuracy and security of information.
• Provide technical support for enterprise applications, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support user training/documentation.
• Contribute to projects, process improvements, and compliance initiatives (including NIST/CMMC).

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience with business intelligence, data analytics, data integration or application development or support roles
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI preferred; Tableau/Qlik View a plus).
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of ETL, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise application support.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing needs.
