Information Security Manager – Security Operations Center

Location: Onsite in La Crosse, WI

.

This is not just another management role. You will lead the team that forms the core of our security operations, ensuring threats are identified and addressed quickly and effectively. You will be the strategist, the motivator, and the protector, ensuring our defenses stay sharp and our team stays ahead of the curve.

• Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of SOC analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• Stay Ahead of Threats: Oversee real-time monitoring, incident response, detection engineering and threat hunting activities.
• Drive Innovation: Implement cutting-edge tools and processes to enhance detection and response capabilities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Information Security, IT, network, and application teams to strengthen security posture.
• Own the Metrics: Track SOC performance, report on KPIs, and communicate results to leadership.

• Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Know-How: Familiarity with SIEM platforms, EDR tools, and incident response frameworks.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime hours, with occasional after-hours support as needed.
