The Technical Systems Specialist will work with the Distribution Division management team by assisting in the management/operations of all applications and operating systems (Vocollect, WMS, LM, Pick to light, Paragon, HOS Telematics, IBM Cognos reporting tool and SAP).

• Troubleshoot and maintain all systems and hardware
• Maintain relations with all service agencies, both internal and external
• Issue analysis, resolution, and support of operational systems
• Train Distribution Division co-workers
• Data collection and analysis
• Assist the Distribution Division with IT project management

• Candidates must be knowledgeable and comfortable with the use of computer software and operating systems including Microsoft Office products and IBM iSeries.
• Knowledge of a Distribution process
• Accurate / detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with others in a team-based atmosphere
• Willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks
• Possess basic math aptitude
• Work in fast paced safety conscious environment

40+ hours per week. Flexibility with your work schedule is required. This position will be working an evening/overnight schedule.
