Overview

This position is based on campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. The company offers national recruitment with financial relocation assistance.

As a UX Designer, you'll act as the lead experience and visual designer for several development teams, setting the direction for joyful design. You'll meet with end-users to understand their needs, research workflows, and observe applications in use. You'll work with developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture, and demonstrate ideas with sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead experience and visual designer for several development teams.
  • Meet with end-users to understand needs, research workflows, and observe applications in context.
  • Design intuitive, visually appealing applications with solid information architecture.
  • Translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement design solutions.
Qualifications
  • Available to start before June 2026
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills
  • Education or experience in user-centered design techniques
  • Bachelor's degree or greater
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • COVID-19 vaccination
